Parkrun:
In total 20 members ran at 5 different Parkruns.
15 members ran around sconce in Newark. First back for NOTFAST was Chris Redhead in a time of 26mins 56 seconds, in a very close second was Cliff Robinson just 7 seconds slower but first in his age group. Well done Cliff great running!

Henrietta travelled to Nottingham and ran Bestwood parkrun in a time of 28:57
Cathy and Ernie Clarke ran at Doddington Hall. Mark Hawkings and Alan Davidson ran the very hilly summer course at Belvoir castle. Last but not least was Netty running at Clumber Park, who achieved a PB in a great time of 26 mins 48.

Steve and Sue Needham have been on their travels again, this weekend they travelled to Lisbon! On Saturday they both ran the 7km Luso run completing this in a time of 55min 28 seconds. On the Sunday they completed the half marathon, Steve did this in a time of 2hrs 29mins and Sue completed this in a time of 2hrs 46 mins.

Also on Sunday was the all clubs run from the YMCA, well done to all that ran in this.
