A few important reminders

Please bring your own reusable cup, as plastic cups will not be provided at checkpoints.
Carry your route with you, and if you retire for any reason, you must let a marshal or Race Control know before leaving the event.
Refreshments are available around the course, with soup, bread rolls, homemade crumble and puddings at the finish.

Ponton Plod is organised by NOTFAST Running Club, with all profits donated to The Children’s Bereavement Centre Newark and The Friends of Newark Orchard School.
