Nick Harison who got 5 laps

Ann White who managed 6 laps powered totally by flapjack and gin.

Breeze Rowlands who got 12 laps. And was 10th in the solo female category. Outstanding effort

Now down in London Sarah Graves took part in the Ascis London 10k. With a time 01:21:53. Well done

Netty Stevens took part in Heckington 10 with a cracking 84.56 knocking 11 minutes of her pb and she also came 2nd in age category

Sue and Steve Needham took part in the Olympic distance triathlon on Sunday in 4:49:38 - 1500m lake swim 46km cycle in the Howardian hills and 10k run around the estate. With Lots of sunshine ☀️
