The Summer League series is run at different venues in Nottinghamshire on 5 different Wednesday evenings (7:15pm start time) during the summer.
The courses are mostly around 5 miles long, with the last one usually just under 6 miles.

You don’t have to be fast to take part, being part of a team is far more important.
You don’t have to attend all of the races.
